Negotiation , promptness , communication was excellant with Dene . An accepted offer already been approved so Dene had to hussle with a new cash offer late in the afternoon of a Friday . He did . Dene was marvellous to deal with and always received regular and positive updates - even if there were no shows at Open Homes Dene always turned it into a positive. Never once did he discuss dropping the price like I have experienced with other agents. With the house being in a Family Trust there was a lot more running around for signing of documents and Dene was only too happy to sort this.
