Toni was invaluable in selling my home. She went above and beyond to help me navigate the process of preparing for the sale, listing and selling. Her approach to selling was solution-focussed, active and hands on. Toni has an excellent knowledge of the market and she was able to clearly communicate what I should expect and what I needed to do. Toni and her colleague Katrina worked very hard to find a buyer for my home and were committed throughout to getting the best possible outcome. Toni provided thorough and regular reports leading up to the sale of my home. I am very grateful to Toni for the substantial effort she put in and for her support and sensitivity. She demonstrated professionalism throughout the sale and she is part of an excellent team. I would whole heartedly recommend Toni Swney as an agent.
