Agencies in Waikaretu, Waikato

Simer set about selling my house in Pokeno with energy and enthusiasm. She was well acquainted with the market and managed to get an offer for the house after the first open home. Her communications were timely and to the point. Although I was overseas at the time (with a considerable time change difference), she kept me up to date and informed of all developments. The whole experience for me was a good one and totally stress free. To top it all, Simer is a lovely person with great interpersonal skills.

Simer was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. she made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Highly recommended!

Simer is by far the best agent we have ever dealt with. She is honest, knowledgeable, prepared, very responsive, professional. It is very rare to meet someone with such a full suit of qualities. Purchasing a home is in most cases the biggest purchase, highest risk anyone will ever undertake. Simer doesn't belittle that and genuinely cares about both the buyers but also the sellers! I would recommend Simer to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. What a star.
