Agencies in Waikaka, Southland

Excellent communication and advise

We had the pleasure of purchasing an investment property through Jo Marsh in May 2026. Jo was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. She understood what we were looking for and nailed the brief within 3 viewings. The purchase process was smooth, and each step was communicated faultlessly. She kept us well informed on all aspects, recommended building inspectors, finance professionals and even an insurance broker and then organised a pre settlement opportunity to measure for curtains. We found Jo to be not just professional, but just a lovely person, and she will be top of our list of agents when time comes to sell. Alex and Ben Carter

Adam was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to getting the best result for us. He was always optimistic, provided sound advice based on his market knowledge, and worked tirelessly on our behalf. We always felt he had our best interests at heart, and his dedication ultimately delivered a fantastic result. We are very grateful for his support and would not hesitate to recommend him.
