Will kept me informed despite the listing being complex with a lot of other options

Due to other potential purchaser interest in different property options, Will had the complex job of presenting a multi offer scenario to the Vendors. The Vendors we beneficiaries of an estate that seemed to be difficult to deal with. From what i understand Will managed the process well, it was not a standalone property sale and purchase .

Professional’ efficient and warm

Katie was fantastic to work with throughout the sale of my house. She was confident, professional and competent, while also being warm, thoughtful, and very easy to deal with. She made me feel completely at ease and took so much of the worry out of what I felt could be a stressful process. Katie was efficient and got things moving straight away. The photos and marketing were of a very high standard and exceeded my expectations. She was thorough, had great attention to detail and was always quick to respond.
