We engaged Simon’s services as we had confidence in his market knowledge and experience . Throughout our selling process we felt Simon provided good feedback and guidance in what was a tricky market . He achieved an excellent result for us and provided a trusted professional conduit with our near neighbours and good friends who purchased the property Having Simon as agent enabled us to keep a good professional relationship with our purchasing friends so at no time did we feel our friendship would come under strain . Simons discretion and confidentiality was evident at all times and we never felt that was ever a source of concern. Our only point of concern came around the presenting of an extremely low offer which I felt was insulting from the potential buyer. This did knock our confidence somewhat at the time and I wonder if PGG should reconsider its policy of presenting all offers and think about offers needing to be within a certain percentage of market or govt valuation . Whilst I accept Simon had to present it we weren’t happy to recieve it . Overall we recommend Simon highly for his service and dedication and we would be happy to recommend to anyone selling farms in this market

Was very easy to deal with, any extra information was provided with no fuss. Appreciated that our daughter was provided the same service we were given as she looked on our behalf prior to our viewing. Gave us plenty of time to view property and get a real feel of it. Can’t wait to be calling it home!
