We were first time sellers of our home and buyers of our new home. Lisa was wonderful from the moment she first answered the phone on our initial enquiry. As out of town buyers with limited time to view she was amazing. She explained the process for us and was always there for any questions we had along the way. She was a superstar on what was a long negotiation on price back and forth. She really cared about the property and both the vendor and us were very lucky to have her.
