She verbally shared that the vendor told her an item was fixed that had been picked up in a Building Inspection. During the final walk-through, it was found to be still an issue. As I had not received the confirmation in writing, I was concerned, however Cici is true to her word and had this matter resolved. I would trust her with any future purchases I make.
