Our house is a great house and we worked hard to present well. However the market had different ideas and we soon learnt it was not going to be a slam dunk like when we bought it. Time of year, decrease in market values and xmas right in the middle of it all. The price range although very accurate was under a lot of pressure and we saw similar homes struggle to sell. Anthony used his patience and skill to negotiate a sale. This was over 6 months, so it took a very professional approach. I admire his consistent approach, everything he did was honest and open and that was to both parties and we both recognised it. He remained focused when we were getting a bit rattled and he dispensed good advice throughout the process that ended up being very accurate. In the end the house sold, and both parties obviously happy. I rate Anthoney at the top end of the real estate market. Would I sell with him again? You bet.

Libby first approached us when visiting her friends who were our neighbours. She was upfront and bubbly and the rapport with us was immediate. Her communications were superb throughout the whole process. Libby worked hard and delivered a sale at the price we wanted within a very short time. Her style is refreshing, and her advice and tactical nous spot on. While this was the first time Libby had "flown solo" on a sale, that was not at all apparent at the time. Highly recommended.

This is our second purchase through Rosa Tate and we found her to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, a great listener, and extremely helpful in both cases. Hope to have more dealings with Rosa in the future.
