Agencies in Tangowahine, Northland

Todd Skudder was professional, responsive and easy to work with throughout the purchase. Communication was clear and honest, and the process was handled smoothly from start to finish. I would happily recommend Todd to anyone buying land.

We were really happy with the service we received from Todd when purchasing our latest property. He was professional, proactive, and kept us well‑informed throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend him and would happily work with him again.

When choosing an agent to sell our farm, we wanted an agent who was a true blue Northlander - born and bred! Someone with a history of sales - not just real estate, and someone who we felt would be honest with us, respect our values, and was not just out to get the commission and run! He was great to deal with when we sold our farm of 29 years. He, Grace and the team at Bayleys were supportive and down to earth. Todd was easy to talk to, listened to us, and respected our points of view. A problem solver - Todd presented us with lots of options, kept us up to date and in the loop. Selling at auction was pretty stressful, the support of the Bayleys team was fantastic and we could not speak highly enough of them. Grace went over and above to support us and Todd, she is a huge asset. We would definatly recommend Todd Grace and the team at Bayleys.

We had a pleasant experience working with Helen. From our very first phone call, she was kind, personable, and welcoming. She was always just a phone call away and guided us through the tricky parts of the sale. In the end, Helen secured an offer for our home, even in a challenging market, and we appreciated her attention to detail and thorough approach.

Yvonne was very attuned with the community and local area which was extremely informative and helpful when making the decision to sell out property

Yes to the first two, tried to ensure minimum inconvenience on Open Days, helped with presentation where necessary, gave feedback as soon as possible and was professional at all times. Was responsible for producing the only offer, which I eventually accepted.
