We recently purchased our dream home at 62 Malahide Drive with the help of Jocelyn, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, Jocelyn was informative, approachable, and incredibly supportive — even as we navigated the tricky process of selling and buying at the same time. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident in our decision, arranging multiple private viewings outside the scheduled open homes so our family could truly get a feel for the property. Any issues that arose during the building inspection were addressed immediately, and even minor post-settlement matters were quickly resolved without any fuss. Jocelyn’s professionalism and expertise in managing high-value property transactions really shone through. She handled every stage of the process with calm efficiency, making sure all parties were happy and well-informed. We’re so grateful for her guidance and dedication. Thanks to Jocelyn, what could have been a stressful experience became smooth and enjoyable. We can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone buying or selling their home!

We met Jocelyn at an open home for the property, which we only went to out of curiosity - our own house wasn't even on the market yet. But she immediately put us at ease about both the place we were considering buying and set us up with herself and a colleague to sell our character home. Throughout the process Jocelyn was highly responsive and communicated very well with us, as well as managing our price negotiation. As inexperienced buyers / sellers, it was invaluable to have Jocelyn helping us along the way. Highly recommend Jocelyn, who always kept a positive attitude even when we felt things were not going so well!

Jocelyn is a passionate, enthusiastic, and deeply honest professional. From marketing to closing the deal, she handles every step with exceptional skill and care. She has already sold over 20 properties for me, and I’m confident she’ll sell another 20+ in the very near future. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

We had a great experience with Edward. He really helped us gain a good insight into the house and suggested many things we could do to make the right decision. He was also incredibly patient and always took the time to answer all our small queries. Sometimes, it’s simply about trusting the right person. When you trust someone, you know you’re going to get the best outcome. In our case, that was exactly what happened. With Edward’s help and guidance, we were able to find and secure our dream home. We’re truly grateful for all his support throughout the journey. Highly recommend Edward to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping their clients!

Edward made sure we were aware of the full process with multiple offers and situations presented to us. Each scenario Edward delivered great service and guided us through.
