We found Jo extremely diligent in assisting us with purchasing our family home. She was very responsive and thorough. We greatly appreciated her organising private viewings at times that suited us. When the building report turned up an issue with the house we were purchasing, Jo did everything she could to get the issue resolved for us, making the process much easier.

We were very happy with outcome and jos communication since has been great despite us having a settlement at end of year to coincide with our new build. Jo put in the hard yards and when it came to auction time, the entire team did a great job for us, explaining very clearly what the process was, what would happen in different scenarios and keeping us as relaxed as possible! Brad was great at communicating, keeping us up to date with progress regularly via both email and txt and responding quickly when we had queries. He really came into his own though when we were experiencing issues with the purchasers lawyer not communicating well, Brad jumped in and bridged the gap to make sure the sale kept moving forward.
