Good market knowledge of areas and prices. Focused on getting the best deal for the client.

Stressful experience of putting Dad in Care and having to sell the property was made so much easier by the teams positive and caring attitude. Everything was set up so quickly and without hassle. We were advised of certain things that would help the prospective purchasers in their decisions and we carried this through to make it all run seamlessly. The marketing of the property was fantastic and we were kept up to date after every Open Home immediately. I can't thank Maree enough for her help and really felt like she had gone over and above to make it easy for us.

Andrew and his team made this journey much easier and less stressful than we expected. From the outset he was helpful, positive, knowledgeable and patient.

Kind, Helpful & Highly Efficient We had a very positive experience working with Rowan on the sale of our property. He was kind, professional, and very efficient throughout the whole process. He was always responsive, kept us well informed, and made everything feel straightforward and well organised. As a family from a different cultural background, we also really appreciated how well Rowan communicated with us and understood our needs. He showed a genuine ability to work comfortably with people from different backgrounds, and we felt respected and well supported throughout the sale. We are very grateful for all his help and would happily recommend Rowan to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and personable real estate agent. I would also be happy to work with Rowan again in the future.

Rowan was always available, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout our entire journey. His positive attitude and excellent communication made all the difference. We would highly recommend Rowan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
