Due to other potential purchaser interest in different property options, Will had the complex job of presenting a multi offer scenario to the Vendors. The Vendors we beneficiaries of an estate that seemed to be difficult to deal with. From what i understand Will managed the process well, it was not a standalone property sale and purchase .
