Direct approach , regular communication via phone and email, almost daily. Had to put in a lot of extra effort to deal with a difficult/ dishonest vendor that didnt disclose a few serious items that have since come to light, but the agent managed to get us the house on a verry short turn around/settlement, at a good price for the area, where another agent didn't come close.

Stephanie's communication style at all times was reassuring, and timely in her responses, while demonstrating a sound knowledge of her market. She was consistent in her ability to field any procedural questions, and professional in her interactions.
