We found her totally dedicated to getting “Yes!” as the answer to the ultimate question: “Are you happy with the mission accomplished?” Yes, we were! With Susan we got a wrap-around experience that only a great team can provide. Petrina Gavin-Egan demonstrated amazing attention to detail, was very perceptive, and kept the yin/yang balanced. From PA, Donna Whittaker, documents and comms were always on time and on point. Auctioneer Cameron Brain delivered more wow factor through his calm manner, negotiating skills, and intuitive teamwork with Susan. He viewed the house when it first listed and informed and advised at weekly report meetings. All the while bringing a potent mix of Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader to a role he clearly enjoys and excels at. Each were vital contributors to achieving a great result in what became and dynamic and challenging market. Susan reduced our stress because she communicated consistently and promptly with us - whether it was good, bad or ugly. Selling well and ethically is about confidence. Creating and building it - between vendor and agent, agent with buyers, and ultimately between the buyer and the vendor. Thanks Sue for giving us that experience and a successful outcome. P.S. And a warning: beware the “double-agents.” We met them too and they don’t hide in the shadows.

We worked alongside Julie in purchasing our first home, and our process was nothing less of smooth. Julie was a great agent to work with as she had a great balance of letting us explore the house and knowing when to jump in - which we really appreciated. Julie was easy to work with. She allowed us to view the property a day after already viewing it (just to ensure the house was the one for us) and after signing the documents to secure the house, was ready for any questions and proactive in getting things done. Kanta read the market well and put forward a process that enabled an acceptable sale price to be achieved on the basis that the auction was brought forward with an additional viewing weekend before the brought forward auction. Then a person who viewed the property in the weekend before the auction turned up to bid at the auction resulting in a sale price well in excess of expectations.
