Steve was very easy to communicate via the phone and emails. He was very quick to arrange extra viewings and accomodate the follow up on conditions set with the Vendors. His overall knowledge of the housing industry was helpful and good to listen.

Steve has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the house sale process. He made everything straight forward and easy to understand, and we had a high level of trust in his expertise from start to finish. His advice, professionalism and guidance gave us confidence that everything was being handled in the best way possible. Steve took the time to build a Trust working relationship in order to get the best outcome for us, and this was clearly seen in the outcome we achieved. We're so grateful for his support and making the whole process work so smoothly. Thanks Steve!

Our home was a work in progress before we put it up for sale. Catherine gave us an idea of what we should look at to make it attractive to the market. Final result was far beyond what I expected The marketing photos and video were stunning. We've kept a copy of the video which we believe was instrumental in selling our home. Catherine really cares about her clients. And has patience which was nice as we felt unrushed but also kept us at a steady pace and offered lots of encouragement and guidence to keep us on track. The final result was awesome. Catherine is an utmost professional but feels like we also made a friend, even though our home is now sold, we feel we could easily catch up with for a coffee.

Communication, patient & local knowledge is a stand out. After searching I went and met Catherine, she dropped everything and took me around multiple homes and within 2 weeks an offer was made. There was no pressure put on us. Thank you Catherine for finding us a home and supporting us thru the process, multi offer situations can be stressful but you made it easy. Highly recommend Catherine to anyone looking at buying a new home.

Catherine was extremely professional with prompt and clear communication. Catherine kept us well informed during the whole sale process. Catherine is a friendly positive estate agent and we would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.
