Agencies in Rotoiti Forest, Bay of Plenty

Mandy went out of her way to help me get the property on the market and SOLD. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to vendors. She was very helpful and assisted in many ways other agents wouldn't have. Thank you Mandy for all your hard work and help.

Niki and her team were very efficient, from her initial response to my inquiry, through the listing process, putting in the furniture for staging, and setting up the communication pathway. Everything was undertaken with minimum fuss but very efficiently.

Renee was fantastic during our families new home buying journey, from a simple Instagram message with a quick response to a viewing the next day. She was very informative of the property itself, and the Brunswick subdivision - if there was anything she didn’t know she was quick to respond with answers to our questions. Great communication, efficient and proactive to help us throughout - thanks Renee we truly appreciate it.

Quintin had a good look at my property and asked me what my expectations were. He then presented me with a proposal, which included a current market evaluation, expected price range and a suggested marketing strategy. On accepting his proposal the signs were up the next day and we went live a few days later. We had a short campaign followed by an Auction. Quintin kept me informed throughout the process and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. Quintin was very easy to deal with, I found him to be friendly, polite and enthusiastic. Overall the sale was a breeze and Quintin managed to get us a price that was on the high end of what he had promised. I have no hesitation in recommending Quintin.

Janelle kept us up to date throughout the whole process. The setup of the WhatsApp communication group kept everyone informed. Janelle was always available by phone as well.

We have had our property listed with Rochelle and Neil in a pretty tough market and wow have they gone the extra mile, (even washed our deck after a storm when we were away). Communication was top notch and nothing ever a problem, thank you for all your hard work team. Cheers

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Bryce, Errol, and the team at Collab Realty. We had a one of a kind property that required more than a one off listing approach. Their collaborative approach, perseverance, and adaptability made all the difference. When market conditions shifted, they pivoted their strategy and remained completely dedicated until the right buyer was found. We highly recommend Bryce and Errol to anyone selling a unique home!

Dee and Paige worked on our house sale, and we couldn't be happier. Dee was always so friendly and attentive, making sure we were always updated with information from buyers. Our house was sold in only a matter of weeks thanks to Dee and Paige's amazing service. We're so happy and would 100% recommend and use again in the future.

Brooke went above and above for our family. She always had her finger on the pulse and provided amazing advice and a clear plan to get the result we wanted. Our house sold in 2 and a half weeks, unreal! Not only is she experienced and knowledgeable she made the experience fun and exciting. We would recommend Brooke to anyone and everyone!
