Agencies in Rawene, Northland

Leonie was wonderful to deal with. She provided regular updates, kept us abreast of regional movements and price fluctuations and seamlessly supported the transition to dealing with myself when my father's EPOA was activated. She helped make a difficult time stress-free and delivered a result we were happy with and worked perfectly timing wise for the other changes going on. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Leonie for all your work and effort. We really appreciated it.

We were very grateful for Liyana, she was quick to respond and follow up on our behalf for any questions that we had. She was accomodating to our appointments when we needed to view house, inspect and double check. Process was smooth sailing and the easy communication made all the difference

We’re not based in Hamilton, so having a hands-on, proactive agent was really important to us. This is the second time we’ve used Jamie, and once again he made the whole process incredibly easy and seamless. He kept everything moving, communicated clearly, and handled all the on-the-ground details so we never felt like being out of town was a problem. Would happily use him again.

Initially we contacted Colin to sell our home for us, as that's who we bought it through 5yrs ago. Upon the first meeting he introduced us to Emma to assist with the sale. From there it was smooth sailing ahead with great communication and just a knack to get the job done! Thank you so much for everything, as hard as it was to leave a house we loved, we got what we wanted and you definitely made it an easy process for us to keep moving forward.

Very Professional From start to finish Jay was very professional in his approach in helping us purchase our new property. Buying a home is one of the biggest things you can do and in doing so you need to find the best agent you can get. Jay Prestt fits the bill perfectly, his morals ethics and communication skills are second to none. When Jay says he is going to do something he does it, never once did he not return any of my calls and was always punctual and polite. I have no hesitation in recommending Jay to guild you through your next purchase, he will make the whole process run as smoothly as possible.

Jean is a master in her profession who works tirelessly to achieve positive outcomes for her clients. As a vendor I am very impressed with the determination, respect and service Jean demonstrated throughout the sale process. In a difficult uncertain market Jean applied her eperience ,knowledge and expertise to achieve great results. Higly recommend !!!!

We live a few hours away from where we have bought our section. I felt very much at ease knowing that Leonie was helping us and keeping us informed of any changes. Thanks Leonie.
