I highly doubt another Real Estate Agent who would have gone to the lengths that Chris and Will went to, I cannot speak highly enough of Chris and his team. I am based in Australia, while the property being sold was my late mother's two-bedroom home in Island Bay, Wellington. The property presented a number of significant challenges. Chris and his team managed the eviction of difficult tenants, arranged changing of locks, dealt with break-ins, and worked closely with the police to help resolve ongoing issues involving the former tenant.
