Dean demonstrated excellent market knowledge throughout the entire process. I feel very lucky that I found him when I did, as I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the whole process of looking for a house and dealing with estate agents. Hands down, Dean has been the only agent who actually WORKED WITH ME, rather than simply calling to ask, “How did the property feel?” or “Did you have any more thoughts after the weekend?” like every other agent I had dealt with. From the beginning, Dean took the time to understand my situation and budget, and he came to me with a genuine plan to help me find the right fit. He was able to accomplish all of this in a surprisingly short timeframe. He was also reasonably thorough throughout the offer stage and worked hard to help me achieve a fair deal for both myself and the seller. Dean has a way of finding the right buyer and connecting the dots to a great outcome. We didn't have our home on the market but had worked with Dean on a property we missed out on. He brought 2 prospective buyers through our home while we were away and we had a strong offer, which with some negotiations ended fantastic for all parties. As quick as the sign went up, the sold sign was placed. Now we've got to find our new home but I'm sure Dean and the Harcourts team should help with that.
