On accepting his proposal the signs were up the next day and we went live a few days later. We had a short campaign followed by an Auction. Quintin kept me informed throughout the process and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. Quintin was very easy to deal with, I found him to be friendly, polite and enthusiastic. Janelle kept us up to date throughout the whole process. The setup of the WhatsApp communication group kept everyone informed. Janelle was always available by phone as well.
