I found working with Gary on the sale of my house went very smoothly. He has strong communication skills, he’s good at problem solving and just gives it his all to get things sorted. He was mostly available to talk things through on the phone and if he couldn’t talk he would send a quick message to reassure he would get back to me. Did require prompting for some things rather than take the initiative, like acting on potential buyers feedback on house cleanliness. Able to help organise fixes to the house that were more cost-effective than my own quoted jobs, but did require some follow up from me when these jobs were delayed or missed.
