Their professionalism is outstanding in particular in relation to the care they took whilst we were overseas during the open homes. They also used their staging contacts to ensure the house was presented in the best possible light to assist buyers. They took us on the Auction route which was new to us and we don't regret selling it in this manner. Lynette is very pleasant and easy to deal with face to face and on the phone and Peter offers very useful practical advice in an understated manner. Nothing is too much trouble for them!

Very responsive. Nakita (who we dealt with most of the time) answered all our questions and helped us with every step. Both Nakita and Nicola were very professional yet casual and easy to have a chat with about anything we needed. As buyers they helped us navigate what price brackets and even helped to recommend lawyers and loan agents which was even more helpful. Over all a really great experience. If we ever have to sell and purchase again we hope to go through these two
