My husband and I recently purchased a home that TK had listed. From the moment I met him at the first open home he was very welcoming and genuinly happy we had come to view. This particular property had plenty of interest but was always available to take any questions we had. He followed up promptly and nothing was ever an issue. The night of the auction which, thankfully we were successful, I felt he was a genuinely happy it was us. You could tell his hard work had created a buzz about this property conaidering the flat market we are currently in. Both buyers and sellers were very happy about the result. TK called us the following day making sure that we were ok which I really appreciated. He made settlement a breeze and I know that the sellers were also very happy with his dilligence, hard work and friendly face throughout what was an emotional time for them amd us. I would highly reccomend TK for either side of the house buying journey and he will be at the top of our list in the future if we ever needed to list our property. Thanks again TK! :)
