The communication to us as sellers was limited for a couple of reasons. 1. We were not living at the property and not in the same region. 2. The interested buyers were slow in responding to their viewing and our information arrived only by a formatted email summary after 2-4 days. There was little or no verbal follow-up unless we initiated it. 3. In hindsight, I would not consider the Xmas / New year period again for future property sales. I cannot fault the local knowledge or negotiating skills as that was reflected in the price we achieved but I did feel the open homes were very tightly scheduled although the private viewing allowed more flexibility
