Their knowledge of the market was impressive, and their attention to detail ensured that everything went smoothly. They were always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and the guidance was invaluable. If you're looking to sell your home, we highly recommend Bill & Maree Myers. Their dedication and hard work make them stand out, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did to help us sell our house.

It was a pleasure to get to know Bill, Maree and Caleb. My husband and I felt they explored every possible lead to make our apartment sale happen. They communicated with us at every step along the way and were always willing to go the extra mile for us. We used Bill because he had been highly recommended by a friend who had used him, this was important to us because you need to be able to trust the person who is selling your biggest asset. We are very appreciative of all the work they put in to get our sale.

I could not recommend Bill more highly. His knowledge of the local market and his assessment of the property prior to selling were spot on. I am delighted with the outcome, which exceeded my expectations. What else can I add? Great marketing, excellent sense of timing, read the potential buyers well, had a mind-blowing 87 parties through the property during the marketing campaign, level-headed, hard-working, good value, knowledgeable, clear communicator, respectful, consummate professional and just so pleasant to deal with.

Regular and open communications in a timely manner Fully engaged with market and followed up on all leads Great result
