Jess was absolutely fantastic to have on my side as a buyer’s agent. This purchase ended up having quite a few complexities, particularly through due diligence, and having someone experienced, practical and genuinely looking out for me made such a difference. Jess was there throughout the whole process, helping me understand what actually mattered, talking through my options and giving honest advice. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured one way or another. Jess knew how much I wanted the property, but she also made sure I went into the purchase with my eyes open and had the information I needed to make an informed decision. She was incredibly approachable, responsive and I loved having her in my corner throughout the whole process.
