2 real estate agents in Parakao, Northland

Alex was friendly and very helpful when looking at property for sale. Alex was very efficient and kept in contact through out the process.

Sold me my first home. Very responsive and flexible. Friendly, easy to deal with. Made the process less stressful.

Ours wasn't a straight forward sale, Alex guided us with everything that needed to be done. We could contact Alex anytime if we had questions. Marketing was awesome. Alex's knowledge in marketing was amazing. He let us know when open homes were to be held and gave us feedback literally straight away. The property was sold within six months, if I remember correctly and that was because of Alex's knowledge and professional way of handling things that were out of our control. We felt he had our backs when it came to negotiating our price. We would highly recommend Alex as an agent, and would definitely use Alex again to a property.
