From the beginning of our interaction with Diane, she emanated professionalism, respect and patience. She kept us all informed with the step by step process, on a regular basis via text, phone and email. Her market knowledge is exemplary, coming out of many years in the industry. She dots every 'i' and crosses every 't' which gave us complete confidence in what she told us and what she suggested be done in readiness to go to market. She willingly offered to help in practical ways during a challenging time for us. Her appraisal was professionally presented with good comparisons to support what she thought the property would go for and she was bang on. She kept us informed after each open home of what level of interest there was. Again, her negotiation skills were 100% and in a short time frame she had the property in contract. We then had a second offer on the table which Diane handled with expertise and professionalism and kept us informed as to what happens in this situation. Never did we not know what was happening.
