It has been our absolute pleasure to have worked alongside Harman in this third real estate transaction. And once again, we must say he has gone above and beyond in rendering his service to us in the most professional manner with a very customized and personalized approach. With his knowledge and experience with regard to the property market, we highly valued his advise and guidance regarding when to have the property up on sale and what to expect in the current market. Harman never up sells, he provides very realistic expectations and that's one of the things we love about his service. He truely goes by how he markets himself- service over sale plus process over promise. He has no other motive but to work in the best interest of his clients in the most efficient and honest manner. We reckon that reflects how genuine and humble he is as a person. And to be honest, it's a rare quality in this business. With regard to communication and keeping us in the loop about the progress of this deal, Harman had been very effective. Even when we moved across the ditch, we knew our property was in the best hands and working along with that one right buyer, giving them all the time they needed. All in all, we must say, we have have experienced both buying and selling with Harman, and can undoubtedly with confidence say that he is nothing but the best. He has every quality that a real estate professional should have. We wish Harman all the best in all that he does and unreservedly recommend his services to any of your real estate transactions. PS- We connected with Harman in 2019 as a professional when we started looking at buying in Flatbush. We depart, still keeping him connected in our personal circle of friends and family. We reckon that further justifies the beautiful human he is, besides rendering a professional service.

We bought our first home from harman few years back and later on we sold our property with harman again! I guess that tells about our good relationship and trust of him. Throughout our home-buying process, Harman was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. His ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful.
