We had high expectations as to our property's value based on the initial Ray White assessment; we had to re-calibrate our expectations noting the change in market conditions from a vendor led to a purchaser led environment. Todd helped us understand the market feedback whilst working hard on potential purchasers to get them more aligned to our expectations. Todd was patient and brought all the right strategies to the table to get a deal done.
