Nikki helped us sell a property in difficult circumstances. As strangers to the NZ property world we got the help, support and advice from Nikki we needed to help us navigate this sale. Nikki's advice and knowledge was reassuring and very much appreciated - she 'held our hand' throughout the process, and particularly when we encountered some 'bumps' along the way. Ben was a pleasure to work with and even though I was in the UK everything went very smoothly and completion was only 28 days after the listing went live. Ben was highly professional and clear in his communications. I had no direct contact with Kumm but I know he conducted some of the open homes. I highly recommend these agents.
