She explained everything in a way that actually made sense and guided us through every single step without any confusion. What I loved most was how easy it was to reach her. Anna's support throughout our journey to purchasing our first home has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, she brought immense value through her in-depth knowledge of the property market and real estate industry, taking the time to explain things clearly and ensuring we felt informed and confident at every stage of the process. Buying a first home can be overwhelming, but Anna walked alongside us every step of the way, helping us navigate the complexities and challenges with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. One of the qualities we appreciated most was how dependable she was. We knew we could always rely on her advice and trust her guidance. She was always just a phone call away, ready to answer questions, provide reassurance, and help us make informed decisions. As a Pacific family, we found it incredibly easy to connect and communicate with Anna. She took the time to listen to our needs, understand our criteria, and genuinely appreciate what we were looking for in a home. She then worked tirelessly to help us achieve that goal. Anna consistently went above and beyond for us. She patiently showed us numerous properties and proactively worked with other real estate agencies to ensure we had access to every suitable opportunity available. Her commitment, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference to our experience and ultimately helped us secure our first home. We are incredibly grateful for Anna's support and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a true professional, an outstanding advocate for her clients, and a tremendous asset to your organisation.

Simone was always efficient and professional with awesome tips, advice and super encouraging throughout the time. She was always approachable with any queries I had and very considerate and understanding of the emotions involved in selling a family home. Her communication skills were impeccable too! Simone and Jill made such an awesome working duo and I would very highly recommend them. Thanks Simone for all your hard work and support leading to such a great result with the sale of my home.

Simone’s calm and confident manner was evident from the time we met at the open home through to putting out the sold sign. With her co-agent Jill, she made the whole experience of buying a house through Harcourts an enjoyable and productive time for everybody.
