About Mushtaq

Together with the above, Mushtaq is a well-known personality in South Auckland. He has taken the real estate industry by surprise. After successfully running his automotive business in South Auckland for 15 years, he sold it lock, stock and barrel and didn't know what to do next. Eventually, he got into real estate and joined Barfoot & Thompson, Otahuhu Branch where he didn't have any problem topping the branch in his first year and thereafter for seven years in a row. Mushtaq says he has no regrets choosing real estate as his new career and he is very passionate about the industry. Mushtaq is known to be successful in anything he lays his hands on. Before coming to New Zealand, Mushtaq worked for the Ministry of Transport in Fiji in various senior management positions looking after six offices and 42 staff. Real Estate is the third career in his working life and it is already proving highly successful for him. Mushtaq attributes his success to his faithfulness, loyalty and experience. Mushtaq has also completed his Diploma in Real Estate and achieved his AREINZ status. Together with his real estate career, Mushtaq found time to serve as the Secretary of Counties Manukau Ethnic Council, President of New Zealand Muslim League and Vice President of South Auckland Muslim Association. He is currently the President of New Zealand Milad Committee, director of Rotary Club of Papatoetoe Central, Justice of Peace for New Zealand and holds a few industry/organisation related positions. Mushtaq's motto is that "Customer loyalty is earned not owned". That is why Mushtaq's database is full of many satisfied and loyal clients.

Fantastic Result
