Mat was very responsive to all questions and has kept me up to date with progress of the sale. Friendly and easy to work with, as well as transparent with the vendor expectations. He kept in touch with me in NZ and the other buyer in UK and was happy to be flexible with time differences. I've worked with Emma in the past on potential purchases and she's always been great to deal with and also very responsive
