With respect to our objective of price discovery, I would say the offers received did not show us a true indicator regarding appropriate value pricing given the type of buyers coming through, ( many locals seeking to relocate), the competitive offerings and the macro economic environment of the Gulf Conflict. We did get good input into value from the buyer feedback, particulary with lot #47's empty section requiring power and water connections. Today's buyers want and need turn key solutions Here is perhaps the most important part of the review, through the process and into a period of post deadline viewings and follow ups, Gavin remained incredibly positive and continued to run the process after I had pretty much given up.
