Other agents came in with photos from google that were years old and told me what they could sell it for, because the houses in the area were selling for that price. Our purchasers solicitor found an Auckland Transport "Building Line Restriction" from 1945 on the title that the house just infringed. We had no knowledge of its existence. Ari had also not experienced this rare issue before, but handled the two week process of getting it removed calmly and professionally. He regularly communicated with us and quickly answered any questions we asked throughout this process. We will happily recommend him to others.
