From late February to early June Tracy worked with me , a complete novice at house hunting in New Zealand. I had just moved back to NZ after 35 years in California . I had never owned a home , always being a renter. I had no knowledge of the correct NZ terms or the processes involved . (where I was outbid. )Tracy showed me many more homes , often the same more than once to help my selection process. She had to work with other realtors to secure inspection times. Tracy was patient and resilient and able to accommodate my specific property requirements including price. I was at first a bit nervous about buying such a lovely property but was able to make good decisions with Tracy's reassurance. Moving into my new home on settlement day went without a hitch. I was delighted and excited to receive the key from Tracy after a long nerve wracking process. Naturally a bit of a pessimist I did not think the day would ever come . What a relief ! Tracy was great with communication and keeping us up to date with what was happening and when. She also went above and beyond in helping with the final inspection and small issues we weren't able to fix as we were out of town which she managed for us.

Jacqueline met us to Apraise our home and we realised she actually lived close by so was very knowledgeable of our area which impressed us. Her warm, friendly nature and the Lindt Chocolate Easter Bunny that she handed over had us sold on her. She had great tastes in how to dress our home to maximise the effects for photos. She was fine with changing open home times but was always happy and smiling to wait for the elusive buyer that finally arrived. She was very professional, has a great sense of humour and we both trusted her completely.

Jacqueline provided all the information we required and kept us advised of interest in the property whilst we competed our due diligence ahead of the dealine sale. The level of communication was just right to keep us in the loop without being pushy which meant we had no hesitation in keeping her informed of our progress in considering an offer to present.
