Sarah explained everything first. Explained what she was going to do and how she was going to do it. It seems less overwhelming when she did that. With her lovely manner and roll with it approach, everytime she did an open home we would get emails saying how it went. We got to know her and she got to know us. Which i think really important her getting to know yous and what you are trying to achieve. I would recommend Sarah to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house. Sarah sounds like a genuine lady who's wanting to get the person who's selling results.

"My agent Leah was so compassionate, caring and respectful in the way she handled the sale of my late mum’s house. Her professionalism and empathy really showed. Leah was always early for open homes and stayed longer than needed. She worked so hard to get the house sold. I cannot thank Leah enough, she turned what could have been a highly stressful time into a smooth and easy experience."

"Nicole and Tony at Total Realty made the sale process easy. They provided great advice and the sale was quick and a good result. Great rates."
