She is very efficient and communicative, and super available to her clients. She is extremely professional but also down to earth and has a great sense of humour. She was also very accommodating when it came to her own Ts & Cs, and we found her integrity and good faith around the business side of things really awesome. Anna is excellent at her job and super trustworthy, and for me those are the two most important attributes in someone selling your house. Shout out also to Tammy, the yin to Anna's yang.... I suspect a lot of Tammy's work goes on behind the scenes, but it is much appreciated!!
