We had a fantastic experience working with Justine and Ben. They made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free, achieving a fantastic result for our sale. They were extremely professional, friendly, and flexible, especially when working around our young family. Their communication and service were excellent throughout, and we always felt well supported and in great hands. We’re incredibly happy with the result and would highly recommend Justine and Ben to anyone looking for a professional and reliable team. Thank you both for making the whole experience such a positive one!

Given the hurdles associated in disposing of a property these days it became a "Breath of Fresh Air"for us to engage Bayley's Team Katie and Nicky in the selling of our home. Excellent communication at all times along with great marketing skills and professional negotiating techniques led to a final agreement that was totally satisfactory for both parties. Congratulations must go to them both for the honest work they did behind the scene in their endeavour to reach the appropriate outcome. I can absolutely recommend these two very efficient property consultants. Gavin K.

David is an effective, results driven sales professional. In all our dealings in the sale of our property and the purchase of another this year, David has at all times, communicated clearly and transparently on where we were in the process. We appreciated the regular updates and comparative data provided in order for us to make decisions when required. We have no hesitation in recommending David Penrose to prospective clients seeking to transact real estate in the region.
