As first home buyers we were very nervous as we didn't know much about first home, however Joyce was such a blessing. She was very helpful and honest. I found Warren and Tracey excellent to deal with, they have a good knowledge of the local real-estate market, both the current values, what is selling and what is not selling. When appraising my houses they did not try and BUY the listing by giving me un-realistic values. I have had very good comments relayed back to me from potential purchasers who said that Warren and Tracey were very professional to deal with.
