I had to sell a property on behalf of someone else. Jared presented a plan explaining clearly the best process to follow. The property was marketed mainly to developers but did not overlook other potential buyers. I was made aware of what interest there was from regular updates after each viewing of the property. Jared was easily accessible during this time if I had any questions to be answered. The plan was to go to auction but we managed to sell before the auction so had an excellent result. I liked Jared’s personal and professional approach and appreciated his comprehensive knowledge of the current market. Definitely worth five stars and highly recommended.

Tim was fantastic to deal with. We purchased a home from him first and were so impressed we asked him to sell ours. We could tell that he was working to get the best value for the vendor (with the house we were buying) but did it in an authentic and caring way with us as the buyer. We wanted the same when selling our home. He has been willing to take calls and help any time, provided us great advice, and at the end of the day sold our home for a price we were very happy with. Tim did not try and oversell us on price expectations which agents are known for. Tim and Nathan were a great injection of fun and professionalism during what is a stressful time of life - thanks. 12/10
