Both Dermot and Sarah were responsive to my needs. They appeared to work well together to ensure the property was presented as well as could be expected . They were both very pleasant but not too sales talky orientated . I looked to them for advice and they gave good solid advice knowing the market in the area well. I went to the market with a realistic value of what the property is worth in the current market and got a pre auction sale.

Dermot and Sarah are a 5 star team. They are professional and experienced without being pushy. Their advice right throughout the selling was spot on and I just always felt I was in good hands.
