I found Oscar through a mutual friend while I was looking to purchase my first investment property. With no prior understanding of how buying an investment property worked, Oscar took the time to walk me through the entire process from start to finish. From our first meeting, I explained what I was looking for and the type of rental returns I was hoping to achieve. Oscar came back to me the very same day with suggestions and opinions, taking the time to really dig into what my ideal property would look like. The paperwork process was simple and stress free, as Oscar gathered everything my lawyer required and sent it to me in a format that I could easily forward on. He also made the auction process incredibly enjoyable and worked hard to get my offer across the line. Even after everything was finalised, Oscar continued to help by connecting me with rental managers and doing far more than what would normally be expected of his role. I cannot recommend Oscar highly enough. I only wish I was in a position to purchase more properties, as he made the entire experience fun, relaxed, and enjoyable. Five stars and a 10 out of 10.
