Real estate teams in Mercer, Waikato

Jo-Ann cared about why we were moving and what our family was trying to achieve. As well as marketing our home she visited many properties with us and helped us to narrow down what we were looking for. She also provided invaluable local knowledge on the different areas of Franklin we were looking at. When negotiating on our sale she always presented all the options to us in a honest and pragmatic way, letting us form our own decisions without feeling pressured. We really appreciate the support the team provided us from end to end. Thank you team Town amd Country.

Approximately six weeks after we listed our two sections with Jo Ann and Victoria, Rural Real Estate activity dropped substantially and has remained somewhat deflated for the last four years. Against this background we have had seamless and entirely positive support throughout from Jo Ann and Victoria. Communication in such an environment can be the difference between success and failure and I can say with certainty that they followed up on every enquiry promptly and kept us updated as they occurred. Eventually a buyer came through with an offer that was well below what we were prepared to settle on. To cut to the chase Jo Ann managed to convince him to substantally raise his offer and we as sellers also came to the table. With an unconditional agreement signed we could then proceed with completion of the subdivision. This spun out for a further 11 months until final Council signoff a few weeks ago. Through out the whole exercise Jo Ann and Victoria have been proactive at every turn AND....PATIENT- FOUR YEARS! I have been through 9 real estate deals in my life and this was by far the most difficult by a country mile. Thankyou Jo Ann and Victoria. Top Team 7

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with these two agents, who worked together as a team throughout the purchase of our new home. From our very first viewing, which was arranged before the property even went on the market, right through to the final inspections and settlement, they were professional, approachable and incredibly responsive. Communication was excellent at every stage, and we always felt that our questions and concerns were listened to and dealt with promptly. On the occasions when they didn’t immediately have an answer to one of our questions, they went straight to the vendors to find out the information and came back to us very quickly. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. They were also extremely accommodating throughout the process and made what can be a stressful experience feel very straightforward and well managed. Their teamwork was seamless, and we always felt that we were dealing with two people who genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible for everyone involved. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home. Thank you both for making our journey into our new home such a positive experience!
