From the outset of the marketing campaign, through to the auction, and well past settlement date, the communication from Nick and his team was flawless. I was always made to feel as if I was his only client - nothing was too much trouble, he took my phone calls (or returned them) outside of business hours and weekends and never made me feel as if I was anything but his first priority. Whenever there was a change to marketing, Maddy had her finger on the pulse the entire time, and easily stepped into Nick's salesperson role when required. They were always reviewing marketing strategies and advertising to get the best possible exposure and it resulted in the desired outcome. On the day of auction, Will stepped up to the plate to squeeze every last drop out of the buyers and achieve the best possible price - I certainly felt like the whole team were working in my best interests as the vendor throughout. The house was tenanted, and Nick dealt with the tenants professionally and within the limits of the tenancy laws. Nick is a good "people person" and a very good listener and communicator. His communication skills are enviable, not only about our property and the market in general, but he was also good at encouraging us to keep going when we became depressed about difficult purchasers. At all stages of the sale, even when things were really depressing, he was very positive and helpful. Of course he has a good understanding and knowledge of the real estate industry, but more than that he understands how the process works and empathises in positive ways when things don't go according to plan. Nick has a good understanding of how and where to advertise. He changed his marketing approach regularly to keep buyers informed and the property front and centre in the media. In the six months it took to sell our property we had many meetings with Nick and his fellow agent and over that period they were always on time, which is a lot more than we can say about agents from other companies we have had dealings with.
