Dedicated and supportive throughout

Big thanks to Vic for helping us through both the sale of our lifestyle block and purchase of our new home. The market has been really tough and the process took longer than we had hoped, but she was always friendly, responsive and helpful throughout. While things didn’t quite unfold the way we originally imagined, the universe clearly had different plans for us and it ultimately led us to a new home that we’re really excited about. We appreciate all the work that went into co-ordinating with our purchasers, who also become our vendors! Great work Vic, we really appreciate your support!

This woman knows what she is doing!!

Our first communication with Heatha was a phone call to get a perspective on both our property which we were trying to sell, and the local market. She gave us some really useful (and honest) feedback about the property and pricing. When we later listed with her she instantly understood who the likely buyer would be and targeted her marketing to them. Her communication to us throughout the process was excellent and though we were pretty hands off, we always knew what was going on or could action Heathas suggestions as they came. We would 100% recommend Heatha as your first stop if you're selling in her neck of the woods.
