As first time home buyers, we felt incredibly lucky that Logan was the seller's real estate agent for the home we wanted to buy. Unlike other seller's agents, Logan was honest, trustworthy, friendly and above all else communicative - exactly what you need as an anxious first time buyer! We'd had previous experience with seller's agents where we'd been messed around and lied to, so working with Logan felt like a breath of fresh air. And whilst in our particular situation, Logan was working for the Seller, he really took care of us and our interests, understood any concerns we had regarding due diligence of the property and worked really hard with the Seller and advocated for us.
